Notary Services & Pricing
SoCal Elite Notary Services will meet you at your requested location to notarize any documents requiring a notarization. This includes but is not limited to Health Care Directives, Power of Attorneys, Wills, and Business Documents. Our charge is $15 per signature, with a $25 minimum travel fee. The total fee is based on the location of the signing, and how many documents require notarization. The travel fee can be reduced or waived, depending on the amount of signatures being notarized, and for first responders or veterans with valid identification. Please contact us now for your quote!
Loan Signing Agent Services & Fees
Our certified signing agent professional can assist real estate professionals and private parties with mortgage documents and loan signings such as but not limited to Purchases, Refinances and Deeds.
