FAQS
Below are answers to some common questions regarding our services.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE TO NOTARIZE A DOCUMENT?
The charge is $15 per signature. If there is one document that requires the signature of 4 people and all signatures must be notarized, the charge will be $60 ($15 per signature notarized).
ARE THERE ANY EXTRA CHARGES I SHOULD KNOW ABOUT?
We do charge a travel fee for traveling to your location. The travel fee is $25 minimum, and based on your location. This fee can be discounted or free if multiple signatures are required, and for first responders or veterans. The travel fee will be determined and disclosed once we have had a chance to discuss your notary needs and location.
WHAT IF I DON'T FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH YOU COMING TO MY HOME?
No problem! We can meet you at a location near your home where you feel more comfortable. The travel fee will still apply.
ARE THERE PLACES YOU WILL NOT TRAVEL TO?
We will travel to most anywhere within Southern California. This includes but is not limited to your home, business offices, restaurants, hospitals, and convalescent homes.
WHAT WILL I NEED TO HAVE MY DOCUMENT NOTARIZED?
A valid ID such as a Driver's License, Passport, or DMV Identification is required to prove your identity. If you do not have one, don't worry! We can still notarize your document as long as you have TWO credible witnesses that must be present during the notarization, and who can attest to your identity. The witness will sign the notary journal in your place.
WHAT HOURS ARE YOU AVAILABLE?
We are available 24/7 for emergencies. Feel free to call us at any hour to discuss your needs or with questions.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A NOTARY AND A LOAN SIGNING AGENT?
A notary is a certified professional that serves as an official witness to document signings and ensures that the each party signing has proven their identity. A loan signing agent does the same thing, but has additional training and certification to do so for mortgage documents such as Loan Documents and Deeds.
